[Raccourci TOP] Live Subtitle with Translation License Agreement Version 1.0, [05/04/2024]

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE

This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between [Raccourci TOP], a [french] corporation ("Licensor"), and the person or entity that installs or uses the software ("Licensee").

1. License Grant. Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the [Live subtitle with translation] Chrome extension (the "Software") for commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions. Licensee must not:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Software.
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. API Key. Licensee shall obtain and use a valid API key issued by Licensor for accessing and using the Software. The API key is confidential and may not be shared, transferred, or disclosed to any third party. Any violation will cause cease of service.

8. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [France].

9. Miscellaneous. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, oral or written. Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
